ZEREK rods are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to ZEREK rod products only. Lures, accessories, terminal tackle, apparel, and all other non-rod products are excluded.

- Full name and contact details
- Rod model
- Date and place of purchase
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the damaged rod
- Brief description of how the damage occurred
Once your claim has been reviewed, our team will advise you on the applicable replacement and cost.
SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY
Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and other related fees are borne by the customer.
International warranty claims may be subject to the warranty terms and conditions of the authorised distributor in the respective country.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
- Warranty period: 1 year from original date of purchase
- Warranty applies to rods only
- Replacement is for the full rod only
- Eligible claims receive 40% off the applicable replacement rod
- Proof of purchase is required
